Lorraine has enjoyed much of her career in the law, starting as a junior and working up to a litigation fee earner. During her time at Owstons Solicitors in Leicester she assisted the Joint Diocesan Registrar working for the Bishop of Leicester handling the faculty system for all the Church properties in the county of Leicestershire as well as the issuing of Special Marriage Licences.

Lorraine joined Pera in 2003 working mainly for the Technology division. In 2007 she was appointed PA to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Following the management buy-out in 2012 Lorraine was appointed Company Secretary for Pera International and its subsidiaries.
