Ryan is a non-executive consultant to the board of Pera International and is a chartered accountant(ICAEW) with over 20 years of specialising in corporate restructuring and turnaround. Ryan is a managing director at Interpath Advisory, working alongside corporates, lenders and shareholders to assist businesses to navigate out of periods of distress. Ryan has significant sector expertise and interest in UK manufacturing having spent the majority of his career to date based in the Midlands.
