The 9 acre site in Melton Mowbray has recently celebrated reaching the 60 plus mark for companies taking commercial space on the business park. 2017 has seen a number of new companies from the engineering and manufacturing sector occupy space in the 25000 square foot specialist warehouse making use of the purpose built laboratories and workshops.

The business park has also seen two solicitor firms, and an accountancy practice occupy offices within the main tower building, alongside a local taxi firm which is proving popular with customers attending conferences at the site.
