Wormald Burrows Partnership Limited is a small civil engineering consultancy (25 staff) founded in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire 37 years ago. The main services the company delivers is planning input through to detailed engineering design on residential schemes (10 to 3500 houses), highways (local estate roads, town bypasses and major distributor roads), transportation and drainage schemes working with clients such as residential developers, local authorities and other government bodies.
Residential developers include Taylor Wimpey East Midlands in Leicester, Larkfleet Homes in Bourne, Morris Homes in Rugby and Davidsons Homes in Ibstock. Director, Hiranthi Cook, relocated with her family to Leicestershire 4 years ago and has grown Wormald Burrows business locally through working from an office at home. As the business became more established and secured key clients in the Midlands the business now needed suitable office premises and resource to satisfy the growing business needs short and longer term.
